2. Product Use & Medical Disclaimer

Oluna Skin Care products, including the Manuka Honey Relief Stick and Heel Balms, are cosmetic in nature.

  • Not Medical Advice: The content on this site is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Results Vary: Individual results may vary based on skin type, frequency of use, and the severity of the skin condition.

  • FDA Statement: Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. The "Heal Your Heels" Guarantee

We stand by our 90-Day Skin Barrier Reset. Our "Heal or it's Free" guarantee is subject to the following:

  • Trial Period: We ask that customers use the product consistently for at least 14 days to allow the Manuka Honey to support the skin barrier.

  • Refund Requests: If you are unsatisfied with your results, refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Bundle Returns: For the Advanced Relief Pack, we may offer a partial refund if only one stick has been used, or a full refund upon the return of the remaining unopened units.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect data to process orders and provide a personalized shopping experience via marketing tools like Omnisend.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process all orders within 24–48 hours. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma, United States.
