If you don't see a visible difference in the texture and health of your heels within 30 days of consistent use, we will give you a full refund—no questions asked.

  • The 14-Day Rule: Because the skin barrier takes time to "stitch" back together, we ask that you use the product for at least 14 days before requesting a return.

  • How to Claim: Simply email us at axisgoods357@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience.

2. Returns for Bundles (3-Pack Advanced Relief)

To scale our mission of helping people walk pain-free, we offer significant discounts on our bundles.

  • If you purchased a 3-pack, you may return the unopened sticks for a full refund of the bundle price.

  • If you have opened all three sticks, we will still honor our guarantee for the first stick used.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your Oluna Relief Stick or Heel Balm arrives damaged (e.g., melted during transit or broken applicator), please contact us within 48 hours at info@tryoluna.com We will ship a replacement out from our Oklahoma warehouse immediately at no cost to you.

Once your refund is approved:
